With 30 years of experience in advanced battery, high-tech manufacturing, turn-key electronics, renewable energy economy, global supply chain, and new product development, Ben has held key positions at a leading electronics contract manufacturer; large format lithium battery producer; energy ecosystem project innovator; advanced battery commercialization center; critical and rare earth elements recycler; and his own battery, electronics, and safety advisory firm.

With a background in mechanical engineering and business, Alyssia helps emerging technology companies and global manufacturers move products from the lab to commercial scale. She has more than 20 years of experience across battery and energy storage, electric vehicles, and advanced materials. A highly experienced Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Team Manager, Scott brings 25+ years of experience leading battery module and pack design and product development. Previously was Senior Engineering Manager for Battery Product Development at Navitas Systems from 2019-2023.

Chris is a 20+ year veteran of the U.S. lithium-ion battery industry, specializing in battery science and technology, cell design and development, and new cell demonstration. Before starting the Battery Team at Treetown Tech and partnering with AVICENNE, Chris held increasingly senior technical and management positions at A123 Systems (2006-2013) and Navitas Systems (2013-2024).

Experienced in developing, manufacturing and selling battery components, such as cell cases (cylindrical, prsimatic), lids, terminals, bus bars and other parts with a focus in the battery and e-mobility markets.

Jerzy is an engineering leader with a background in lithium-ion battery R&D, product and materials design, and NPD and NPI. Experienced with IP creation and portfolio management as well as financial planning and cost management.

With 34 years leading the development of advanced propulsion and battery systems across multiple mobility applications, Joe was VP-Battery Systems & Strategy at Polaris, Head of Battery Systems at Stellantis, and Director at XALT Energy leading battery engineering for heavy duty and marine markets. Joe spent 30 years at GM and was a critical leader in the development of battery technology for the Chevy Volt, and many other xEV programs. He currently serves as the Chairman of NAATBatt International.
